Servelat — cervilat — is a cooked-smoked beef sausage with a coarse grain and a quiet spice. Ours follows a Chechen and Caucasian cure: beef, natural spices, no hydrocolloids on the flagship.
It is made to be sliced, packed, and eaten cold. Smoke is for flavour, not for theatre.
The place
We are building a small halal line in the Kingdom. Local beef where it holds quality, a short list of imported casings and spices, and a process sized for real batches — not a catalogue of SKUs.
